I had a pleasant stay at this motel, with clean rooms and a central location that made it easy to explore Walnut Creek. The service from Debbie at the front desk was outstanding, and the friendly atmosphere added to my experience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a coffee machine in the room and the unhelpful reception staff who didn't offer assistance with local navigation. Overall, it's good value for money but could use some improvements in service.
